Klabin, one of the world’s leading paper and pulp companies, saw the number of its individual shareholders increase more than 100,000 in just one year, which presented a great challenge: how to communicate and relate with these new investors? Especially when most of them were small investors who knew little about the workings of the financial market or about the company's operations?
With that in mind, we structured and produced Klabin Invest, a multiplatform communication channel to strengthen Klabin's relationship with its individual investors.
The project comprises all stages of production. We are responsible for everything, from creating the visual identity to promoting with sponsored media, as well as producing video and podcast contents every week, devising strategic planning, monitoring social media and keeping track of results and metrics.
We were also in charge of conducting the project’s public relations campaign, booking talents to present the pieces, creating presentations for top leadership, and filming events.
The project can be considered groundbreaking in the market, since there was no benchmark for such robust communication between companies and their minority shareholders. At present, Klabin Invest is in its third season, achieving more and more results.
